my superstar - day 222 (project 365)

I have another busy weekend ahead of me ---  the Heiva San Diego is this weekend and I am working/volunteering my time ( I will be helping the camera production crew from Tahiti - a great opportunity and experience) .  My groupie and superstar is modeling the shirts we had printed for the event and can't wait to see the dancers.  Two days full of Tahitian dancing ,music, food, & vendors in downtown San Diego.   I hope to try to enjoy part of the festivities.

  p.s. my daughter is having some contractions and crossing my fingers that it is the real deal.....come on little baby!

day 221 -throw back thursday--baby fever

My throwback is of my sister girl Ngena during her pregnancy last summer- beautiful.  She has a beautiful little girl now almost a year old.  

My girl is going to have this baby  of hers soon.   As much as she is ready to have this baby I am ready for her to have the little one as well.   I surely hope she does before taking Jai up to San Fransisco for school in a little over a week.

 day 217-

On Sunday I took photos for the Willkomm family reunion.   My kids have a "huge" family ( I am guessing but the group shot had at least 150 people in it)  and it is good they learn the history of the family.   This image is of their grandfather Charles Willkomm Sr.   I hope they take time to talk  and get to know a little about him and their grandmother and family history  for that time can never be replaced. 

 

day 218-
I am sooo...sooo frustrated....have you ever wanted to complete some things and it just isn't happening or not fast enough.  I actually am questioning myself when I shouldn't....about everything.   I had this great idea for an image and my energy is so off right now I know it would not be what I am envisioning.   I am blank and as much as I want to give up and quit.....I won't .    Blah, blah , blah.....   ok enough.

Once again I have to post the images that I have taken for the past week.   It has truly been a chore to keep up lately....so much going on.   I still have 4 months left to complete this project ....wow.   I am really hoping for some creative time and images coming soon.   Yes, soon come.
